The microphone set is compact and lightweight for DSLR & Camcorders. The Boya WM5 uses the 2.4 GHz frequency. To suppress noise and distortion, there is a low standard filter active. The microphone had an operation range of 60m without obstacle and the maximum distance it can reach up to is 80m. The receiver has a hotshoe connection for mounting it on your camera. The hot shoe connection has a 1/4" female thread, so you can mount the receiver on a tripod also.
