Sony Xperia ZR is a new waterproof smartphone from Sony that can film HD underwater. It features a large 4.55-inch TFT touchscreen with 720p HD display and shatter-proof sheet on scratch-resistant glass. It comes with 1.5GHz Qualcomm Quad Core processor with 2GB of RAM that enable you to play your favourite games without lag, run heavy apps and enjoy seamless multi-tasking. Sony Xperia ZR is powered by Google Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system. The waterproof smartphone allows you to store 8GB of data as internal storage, the memory can further be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card slot.
Sony Xperia ZR boasts 13-megapixel fast-capture rear camera with Exmor RS sensor and 16x digital zoom with auto focus. Its HDR (High Dynamic Range) imaging technology lets you capture clear photos against strong backlight and make high-contrast videos. Exmor RS with BSI light sensor ensures low-noise, vivid photography in any lightning conditions. A front-facing VGA camera is provided for video conferencing.
Mobile BRAVIA Engine 2 automatically optimises images and makes them sharper and brighter. One-touch mirroring lets you see your photos from your smartphone on your BRAVIA TV. More features of Sony Xperia ZR include – NFC, Xperia Link, Wi-Fi and WiFi Hotspot functionality and Bluetooth 4.0 wireless technology.
